My name is Lacie or Agave Aficionado. I'm a Mezcal Sommelier and Agave Spirits Educator providing interactive education and tasting experiences.

I have been in the hospitality industry for over a decade now so entertaining guests and providing the best experience possible is in my nature.

I had always been a fan of tequila but it wasn't until visiting the beautiful state of Oaxaca, Mexico that my love for the agave plant was truly inspired. Shortly after the trip, I did extensive training through the Agave Spirits Institute & am a Level 3: Certified Agave Spirits Advisor.

I have dedicated myself to the Mezcal/Tequila world and created Agave Aficionado, an events & education company, to help introduce others to the culture & history of these fine spirits.
